The Teacher will create surveys from the survey creation page and they will initially select the type of questions they want (from a list).  Once they type of questions are selected and the Teacher adds the question in the text box, the answer format will be selected.  Answers will also have the format of text boxes and the amount of answers will be able to be selected.  Then once the answers are entered in their correct format, there will be a submit button and possibly and ‘add to pool’ button for allowing the survey questions to be selected at random.

Links to surveys can be posted on web sites that allow the public to know of the surveys and able to be taken with out anything other than a password to the link.  Also they may just go to the web site and take the survey without entering anything (hard-coded pw).  In either case, the ip address would be used in creation of the data (for sorting purposes) and there may be a limit to how many surveys the user (student or anonymous) can take.

Surveys can also be grouped in a protected state so that the surveys can only be taken by people who enter a username (to prevent tampering of the data).

Repeated surveys are another grouping that will be given only to student users in classes where they have been allowed by the teachers class list and have filled out an account with personal information.
